Mythical Zoan: Inu Inu No Mi, Model: Kyuubi no Kitsune
Introduced in the Wano Country arc of One Piece, Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Kyuubi no Kitsune was revealed to have been eaten by Catarina Devon of the Blackbeard Pirates. Considering her crew's penchant for stealing Devil Fruit, it's likely that she acquired the Mythical Zoan by defeating another pirate/marine in combat.
After the end of Wano Country's first act, fans are given a glimpse of what was going on in the rest of the world, which the progress of the Blackbeard Pirates was central to. Using this Devil Fruit, Devon can turn herself into a nine-tailed fox and its hybrid at will.

Special Power: Copying Appearances
This Mythical Zoan type of Devil Fruit seems to allow the user to take on the appearance of someone, although whether there is a condition that needs to be met to do that or not remains to be seen. As one of the most dastardly crews sailing the Grand Line, the Blackbeard Pirates are no doubt able to put her abilities to good use.

Devon was seen impersonating Absalom using her powers and the whole process was done well enough to fool even Gecko Moria, a former Shichibukai. The abilities of this fruit are somewhat similar to Bentham's Mane Mane no Mi.
Mythical Zoan: Tori Tori No Mi, Model: Phoenix

The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix was eaten by Marco of the Whitebeard Pirates at a very young age. It is one of the rarest Devil Fruit powers in the One Piece world, and it allows Marco to transform himself into a Phoenix or its hybrid forms at any time.
As a Zoan, the strength, speed, and power this fruit offers make Marco excel in close combat, as evidenced by his ability to fend off both King and Queen during the Raid on Onigashima. In addition to this, its flight-related abilities are among the most useful in the entire series.
Special Power: Blue Flames of Rebirth
With the power of the Phoenix Mythical Zoan, Marco gains the special power to use the Blue Flames of Rebirth. Unlike the flames of Mera Mera no Mi, these flames don't burn. Instead, they have healing properties.

Thanks to this ability, Marco is able to regenerate from any damage that is thrown his way within an instant. He can also use these flames to heal others, although this process is much slower when compared to healing himself.
Mythical Zoan: Hebi Hebi No Mi, Model: Yamata No Orochi
Eaten by the Shogun of Wano Country, Kurozumi Orochi, the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Yamata no Orochi was acquired by Korozumi Higurashi through unknown means. She provided it to Orochi on one condition: that he follow her instructions in order to become Shogun.

The Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit and its powers allow Orochi to transform into a massive snake with eight heads. As with all fruit of its type, the fighting prowess of the user is boosted with this Devil Fruit. However, since Orochi is rather weak, he doesn't benefit much from the boost.
Special Power: Eight Lives
The Yamata no Orochi is a mythical figure in Japanese folklore that appears as a dragon or serpent with eight separate heads, so as an allusion to its inspiration, the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Yamata no Orochi grants its user the ability to survive seven premature deaths.
Although Orochi isn't much of a fighter, this ability comes in handy multiple times, allowing him to survive on one of the most dangerous islands in the Grand Line. While his luck can only last so long, he owes his entire position to his rare abilities.

Mythical Zoan: Hito Hito No Mi, Model: Daibutsu
Used by former Fleet Admiral Sengoku the Buddha, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu is one of the most powerful Devil Fruit in the One Piece world. It allows Sengoku to transform into a giant Buddha at will and also boosts his physical attributes considerably.
Using the Devil Fruit's powers, Sengoku was able to fight against Blackbeard and his crew all alone. The strength of this fruit was shown to be great enough to match that of Whitebeard's Gura Gura no Mi, which just goes to show how overpowered this fruit really is.
Special Power: Shockwaves

As with all Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits, Sengoku's Mythical Zoan-type also offers a special ability. He is seen being able to produce shockwaves from the palms of his hands using this Devil Fruit, which is supplementary to his Zoan transformation.
The shockwaves themselves are powerful enough to hurt someone as strong as Blackbeard, as seen during the War of Marineford. Furthermore, they were shown to be able to match Whitebeard's quakes, which is something few Devil Fruit powers can do.
Mythical Zoan: Uo Uo No Mi, Model: Seiryu

As one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, Kaido wields unparalleled strength and influence across the Grand Line. While he would undoubtedly be among the strongest characters in the series without his Devil Fruit — the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu — its Mythical Zoan abilities are a huge part of what earned him the highest active bounty in One Piece.

Despite technically being a derivation of the Fish-Fish Fruit, Kaido's Devil Fruit grants him the power to turn himself into an Eastern Dragon and its hybrid whenever he wants. The fruit boosts Kaido's toughness to a massive extent, allowing him to survive a 10,000-meter fall with just a minor headache.
Special Power: Bolo Breath

As an Eastern Dragon, Kaido is able to produce clouds, akin to how Momonosuke did in the Punk Hazard arc, and fly. However, what really makes the Uo Uo no Mi such a devastating threat is its greatest offensive weapon — the Bolo Breath.
The Bolo Breath is arguably Kaido's signature technique. By concentrating fire in the mouth of his Mythical Zoan form, the Yonko is able to launch a large, conical blast capable of instantly vaporizing all but the Grand Line's toughest pirates. For years, Kaido used this technique to rule over the lands of Wano, and were it not for the Raid on Onigashima, he would likely still be doing so.
